Update Multiple Projects at Once

You can multi-select projects to perform bulk updates on selected projects. First, navigate to Projects by selecting Projects in the Left Sidebar.

 

To Select Multiple Projects:

  • Shift + Click: Selects one project.  Pressing Shift + Click on another project will select or deselect a range of projects between the last clicked project and the clicked one.

  • Cmd  + Click: Selects or deselects individual projects without affecting others.

Once you’ve selected one or more projects, action buttons appear at the top.

  • Move to Project Group: Move the selected projects to a project group. This option is available only if you have at least one project group.

  • Set Status: Set the status of the selected projects.

  • Set Owner: Set the owner of the selected projects.

  • Archive: Archive the selected projects. This option is available only if you’re the owner of all the selected projects.

  • Delete: Delete the selected projects. This option is available only if you’re the owner of all the selected projects.
