As an Admin you can change and customize your Workspace. Here you can adjust your Workspace Plan, White Label Branding, Client Access Control and also Delete your Workspace.

Changing your BasicOps Plan
In Workspace Plan, select Change Plan. Choose from: Standard, Professional, Business or Enterprise.
Updating Workspace Information
Your Workspace Information consists of the Workspace Name, Workspace Owner, and Workspace Icon.
You can change each of these as needed:
- Workspace Name: Select the text box containing the current name and enter the new name.
- Workspace Owner: Select the dropdown and choose a new owner from the list of users. Note: You can only choose from administrators.
- Workspace Icon: Click Upload from computer or drag and drop an image file. This icon will appear next to your Workspace Name.
Enabling White Label Branding
Check the box next to White Label to replace BasicOps branding with your own logo.
Managing Vendor Access Permissions
Client Access Control features include:

- Task Access Control - only shows users the assigned tasks
- Discussion and File Access Control - limits access to relevant discussions and files
Setting Different Work Weeks
In the Work Week section, select either 5 days or 7 days. You can use this feature for project timeline estimates and task planning.
Enabling Time Tracking
In the Time Tracking section, select the check-box to enable tracking. This allows users to log and monitor time spent on tasks.
Setting a Phone Number Prefix
- In the Phone Number Prefix section, click the dropdown.
- Select your region's default prefix.
Deleting your Workspace
Select Delete Workspace to permanently close your Workspace. This action cannot be undone. Deleting your workspaces will cancel your subscription at the same time. You can read more about this here.
Confirm by clicking Close Account. This action is permanent and will affect all users in the workspace.
