Deleting a Workspace and Closing User Accounts

If you would like to close your account and remove your information from the BasicOps database, you can delete your workspace. If you delete your workspace, all users inside the workspace will also be deleted. Deleting your workspace is a permanent action and cannot be undone.

Deleting a Workspace

Note: This option is only available to Administrators.

To delete your Workspace:

1. Open Settings.
2. Under Administration, select Workspace.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Workspace.

Closing User Accounts

Individual User Accounts can be deactivated by an Administrator of the workspace. If you are not an Administrator, you must ask one to deactivate your account for you.
