Use notes to create a quick to-do list, write down ideas, or manage actions during a meeting. Notes are built to be fast and reliable.
There are three types of Notes:
- Personal notes
- Project notes
- Task notes
Creating a personal note
This type of note can only be seen by you.
- Select Notes on the left navigation bar.
- Select Add Note.
- Enter a title and then press Enter.
Creating a project or task note
- This type of note can be seen and edited by anyone on the related project or task team.
- Go to a project or task.
- Select the Notes tab from the section bar.
- Select Add Note.
- Notes associated to tasks are available to the task team members
- Notes roll-up from task to project with viewing permission based on where the note is anchored.
