Formatting a Note
Formatting is a great way to highlight something important or clarify content. You can use the formatting toolbar which is located at the top of note to bold, italicize, underline, link, or create a bullet point or numbered list, add a table or add text styling.
How to format your note
- Highlight your text.
- Select an option from the formatting toolbar.

- Select an option from the formatting toolbar.
- Then, start typing in that format.
Formatting your text with shortcut keys
Be sure to highlight your text before using the following commands:

Rearranging Note Content
You can easily reorganize your note using drag-and-drop:
- Hover over the start of any element (text, list item) to see a drag indicator.
- Use the indicator to drag the element anywhere in the note, including inside tables and lists.
- Click the drag icon to access a menu to duplicate or delete the element.
Managing Tables
In tables, drag icons appear on rows and columns.
- Drag a column or row to reorder it within the table.
- Click the drag icon to add columns/rows, duplicate them, or delete content.
